Want to help bring Trunk or Treat to life? We'd love to have you join us!
Florida Tech students, student organizations, faculty, staff, departments, and campus groups can get involved by:
- Hosting a decorated trunk or activity table
- Volunteering during the event
- Helping with setup and cleanup
- Supporting games, activities, guest check-in, and event operations
Whether you want to create an amazing trunk or simply lend a hand for a few hours, your participation helps us welcome the Brevard community to campus and make Trunk or Treat a memorable experience.

Hosting a trunk or table? Please sign up by Monday, October 12.
Volunteers should check in at the Volunteer Check-In Station when they arrive on event day to receive their assignment, document volunteer/service hours, and receive any event materials or candy associated with their role.
- Participating groups are encouraged to select a theme, decorate their space, dress up, and offer a fun activity, game, or other interactive experience. Residence Life will provide candy for participating trunks and tables.
- Additional treats are welcome but must be commercially purchased and individually wrapped. Homemade food may not be distributed. Participating groups may not sell items during the event.
